UK - Warehouse and Logistics Associate (Double Days)

Corin Group is a global orthopaedics innovation business, which is head quartered in Cirencester, Gloucestershire! Across 7 units in Love Lane, we manufacture knee and hip implants that are then shipped around the world to provide patients the best possible outcomes! With over 400 employees, we are focused on precision, quality, and customer demand to ensure that we are producing a high quality product at all times. Due to the exciting growth of Corin, we are now looking to expand our Warehouse team to be able to continue to deliver the quantity of products required to meet the worldwide demand. We are therefore looking for Warehouse and Logistics Associates to join the team! Experience in a similar environment is welcome but not essential. We are open to candidates from any background and are primarily looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The key responsibilities of the Warehouse and Logistics Assistant are to: Be trained and developed into a Warehouse and Logistics Associate role gaining skills in goods inwards, logistics and warehousing. Learn and develop the appropriate warehouse and logistics skills required to meet the procedural specifications and standards EG) shrink wrap, pick, pack, and book in Become accountable and effective within the warehouse and logistics team. Work and adhere to Corin’s health & safety procedures and processes, as well as conform with legislative requirements including COSHH and manual handling. Adopt a strong awareness of health and safety by monitoring and reporting any areas of risk, by recording all “near misses” on Mestec. Demonstrate and provide evidence of completed training. Complete and utilise GDocP training. Understand and implement the 5’s principles (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardise and Sustain) ensuring adherence on a daily basis. Adhere to all work instructions, general visual aids, and standard operating procedures. Wear all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as deemed mandatory by the business. Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in line with Corin’s ISO13485 QMS & Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) FDA21 CFR Part 820. The ideal Warehouse and Logistics Assistant will have/ be. A basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and PC basic skills Ability to lift heavy material and have knowledge of good manual handling practices. Good attention to detail. Able to follow quality standards. Reliable and committed. Happy to work on shifts. A team player with good communication skills. Shift Pattern: Double Days – a two‑week rotation consisting of one week of early shifts followed by one week of late shifts - £24,900.00 base pay + 20% shift allowance - total salary: £29,880.00 Earlies - 5.30am - 14:00 Monday to Thursday, 5.30am - 11am on Friday Lates - 13:45pm - 22.15pm Monday to Thursday, 10:45am - 16:15pm on Friday On top of your salary, enjoy a performance-based bonus of up to £150 per month (paid quarterly up to £450), rewarding strong output, excellent attendance and right‑first‑time results.
