Volantes Technical Recruitment, on behalf of our long standing well respected Rotary Client have permanent roles available for UKCAA B1.3 Engineers.

These are full time roles situated at their Oxford Airport base.

Ideally, you will already have 1 or more of the below types however the client will consider Licence Holders without type with a view to enrolling you on the next available type course.

The Role

As a UKCAA B1.3 Engineer, you'll be responsible for the certification of maintenance and repairs on a variety of rotorcraft, including the popular H125, H135, H145 and the new H160.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, continued operation of our aircraft through:

  • Conducting maintenance inspections and repairs
  • Supervising fitters and certifying their work
  • Managing hangar operations and aircraft movements

Essential: Part 66 B1.3 Licence (Turbine Rotorcraft) or extensive aircraft maintenance experience (we also offer a Fitter to Licence programme!)

Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in engine and airframe systems
  • Strong UK CAA regulatory knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for Excellence: Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a keen eye for detail.
