Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We are seeking someone who is confident coordinating a wide range of activities, from facilities management and health and safety compliance through to event logistics and team coordination. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for both internal teams and external suppliers, building effective working relationships and ensuring clear, timely communication. A calm and practical approach is essential, particularly when managing competing priorities or supporting high-profile events, where the ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure is key.

We are looking for an individual who is proactive and self-sufficient, able to identify what needs to be done and take action with minimal supervision. They will be comfortable working independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment, providing day-to-day support to colleagues and fostering a well-organised, inclusive and supportive culture. Strong interpersonal skills are important, as the role involves engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and supporting new joiners through onboarding and integration into the team.
