UKI Digital Media Executive

Location: London / Leeds / Dublin

Hybrid – 2 days per week (Dublin only)

Contract: First-time contractor (FTC)


About the Role

As a Digital Media Executive within Betfair International, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the planning, activation, and optimisation of Paid Social and Display campaigns across international markets. Based in the Betfair Digital Media team, you’ll contribute to high-impact, full-funnel media campaigns that drive brand and performance outcomes for one of the most globally recognised betting brands.

This is a hands-on execution role, perfect for ambitious individuals seeking expertise in online video, display, programmatic, and paid social, while understanding how upper and lower-funnel strategies integrate at scale. The role encourages problem-solving, curiosity about emerging technologies, and exploratory approaches to enhance campaign efficiency.

Responsibilities

Your work will involve:

  • Campaign Execution & Optimisation

    • Plan, activate, and optimise campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and Display (YouTube, DSPs, programmatic, Spotify, Amazon), ensuring alignment with brand and commercial goals.
    • Develop and maintain full-funnel media strategies supporting both brand awareness and performance KPIs.
    • Contribute to channel planning, laddering learnings into broader marketing frameworks.
  • Creative & Partnership Collaboration

    • Work with internal designers and agencies to refine and test creative approached and optimise performance.
    • Foster strong relationships with media partners, platforms (e.g., DSPs, streaming services), and agencies for seamless delivery and new opportunities.
  • Measurement & Data-Driven Reporting

    • Drive campaign measurement and reporting, leveraging analytics to inform optimisation strategies.
    • Report on campaign performance to inform future decisions and showcase ROI.
  • Innovation & Industry Insight

    • Stay updated on emerging trends (e.g., CTV, digital video, AI) to identify new tools increasing efficiency and impact.
    • Actively explore AI and other technologies to revolutionise media planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience

    • Proven track record in Paid Social, Display, or Programmatic roles, with expertise in activation and campaign optimisation.
    • Hands-on familiarity with platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, DSPs, Snap, ad servers).
  • Analytical & Strategic Skills

    • Strong ability to analyse performance data, interpret insights, and recommend actionable optimisations.
    • Experience with data tools and reporting platforms (e.g., GA4, attribution models).
