About the Role
As a Digital Media Executive within Betfair International, you’ll lead the planning, activation, and optimisation of Paid Social and Display campaigns across global markets. Based in Betfair’s Digital Media team, your role will align with Brand and Performance goals, allowing you to develop expertise in online video, display, programmatic, and paid social while learning how upper and lower-funnel strategies work seamlessly.
This hands-on position demands curiosity about emerging tech—including AI—allowing you to explore how innovations can enhance efficiency and impact on campaigns.

Responsibilities
Your key duties will include:
🔹 Campaign Activation & Optimisation
- Develop, activate, and optimise Paid Social (meta, TikTok, DSPs) & Display campaigns across:
- YouTube, Amazon, Spotify, DSPs and programmatic platforms
- Measure performance analytics and generate insights to drive optimisation

🔹 Full-Funnel Planning
- Support planning for campaigns aligned with brand strategy and commercial goals
- Spearhead channel strategies that integrate marketing & performance initiatives
🔹 Creative Collaboration
- Work with designers and agencies on creative briefs, A/B testing, and optimisation
🔹 Team Collaboration
- Partner with Digital Media Executives & Managers to share knowledge and envision innovative solutions
🔹 Vendor & Partner Relations
- Maintain strong working relationships with agencies, platforms, and media partners
🔹 Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyse, report & refine campaigns based on performance data to inform future strategy
🔹 Capitalising on Industry Trends
- Stay ahead of new formats, tech advancements and emerging tools—AI included—for future campaign enhancements
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in Paid Social (Meta/Snap/TikTok), Display, or Programmatic marketing
- Hands-on campaign activation & optimisation experience
- Proficiency with platforms: Meta, TikTok, DSPs (e.g., Google DV360), social media platforms
- Advanced data analysis skills & ability to interpret performance reports
- Collaborative mindset to thrive in fast-paced media teams
- Exceptional communication & relationship skills for vendoragency** coordination
- Continuous curiosity about digital media innovations including AI
- Highly organised, proactive style with capacity to juggle multiple priorities
