Hybrid - 2 days per week (Dublin only) FTC


About the Role

As a Digital Media Executive within Betfair International, you will take a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising Paid Social and Display campaigns across our international markets. Operating within the Betfair Digital Media team, you’ll:

  • Drive high-impact, full-funnel media strategies that deliver both brand and performance outcomes for global sports betting and iGaming leader Betfair.
  • Develop deep expertise in paid social, display, programmatic, and online video in a hands-on, learning-focused environment.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and explore their potential to enhance campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimisation

  • Build, activate, and optimise ad campaigns across Paid Social and Display, including:
    • YouTube
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • TikTok
    • Amazon
    • Spotify
    • Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs)
    • Programmatic channels
  • Ensure high visibility across international Betfair markets.

Campaign Planning & Strategic Work

  • Support the delivery of full-funnel digital media plans, aligning with broader brand and commercial goals.
  • Contribute to channel strategies that align with global marketing objectives.

Collaborative & Creative Support

  • Collaborate with in-house designers and agencies on creative briefing, testing, and optimisation.
  • Share best practices and drive innovation across the Digital Media Executive team.

Vendor & Partner Relationships

  • Maintain strong relationships with media partners, platforms, and agencies to secure smooth campaign delivery and new opportunities.

Performance & Insights

  • Generate detailed campaign measurement and reporting, delivering data-driven insights.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in Paid Social, Display, Connected TV (CTV), and Digital Video.

Tech & Emerging Trends

  • Explore emerging platforms, formats, and AI-driven tools to optimise campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Paid Social, Display, or Programmatic media, with hands-on campaign management.
  • Familiarity with key platforms:
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Snapchat Ads
    • TikTok Ads
    • YouTube Direct
    • DSPs (e.g. Google DV360, The Trade Desk)
    • Adservers ( Doubledown, Media.net)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to report, interpret campaign performance, and visualise data.
  • A self-starting, collaborative mindset—committed to working within a high-performing media team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
  • Naturally curious about marketing and media trends, with a passion for experimentalism.
  • Willingness to explore emerging technologies and AI to improve campaign ROI.
