UKI Digital Media Executive

Digital Media Executive

Location: London/Leeds/Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days per week only for Dublin)

Betfair International are seeking a Digital Media Executive to drive high-impact, full-funnel media campaigns across international markets. This hands-on role specialises in Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, and Digital Video, empowering you to optimise campaigns at scale while staying ahead of emerging technologies like AI.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute, optimise, and report on Paid Social and Display campaigns (cross-platform including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Spotify, DSPs, and programmatic channels)
  • Support the development of full-funnel media plans aligned with Brand, Marketing, and Commercial goals
  • Contribute to cross-channel strategies that ladder up to broader gaming/betting marketing and performance philosophies
  • Collaborate with in-house designers and agencies to refine creative strategies, test concepts, and optimise delivery
  • Work closely with the Digital Media Team to drive innovation, share insights, and enhance campaign performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, platforms, and agencies to secure opportunities and ensure smooth execution
  • Drive campaign measurement, reporting, and analytics to inform strategic optimisations
  • Stay informed on industry innovations, including CTV, digital video, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI/orchestration tools)
  • Explore applications of cutting-edge solutions to efficiency and creative scalability

How You’ll Do It

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Direct experience in Paid Social, Display, or Programmatic Media, including campaign activation and optimisation
  • Hands-on working knowledge of platforms: Meta, Snap, TikTok, YouTube, DSPs, and ad servers
  • Strong analytical abilities with confidence in performance data reporting (Google Analytics, GA4, custom dashboards, etc.)
  • Experience testing and refining creative assets in collaboration with marketing teams
  • Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with internal (agencies, designers) and external partners
  • High level of curiosity about digital marketing trends, AI/automation tools, and their impact on media strategy
  • Well-structured approach to managing multifaceted priorities while maintaining precision
