We’re looking for 2 Paid Search Executive to join our Search team at Flutter UK & Ireland.

As a Paid Search Executive, you’ll sit within our central Search team, working across a portfolio of leading Flutter UK & Ireland brands including Betfair, Paddy Power and Sky Betting & Gaming. You’ll be hands-on in the delivery of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, supporting both always-on acquisition and key trading moments.

One role will support our portfolio of brands across sports, whilst the other role will focus on gaming.

  • Own day-to-day account performance including budget pacing, bid strategies, keyword management, and search term analysis
  • Support the delivery of acquisition targets through efficient CPA management and volume growth
  • Continuously test new opportunities across automation, creative formats and platform features
  • Deliver insight-led optimisation using performance data, attribution and incrementality testing
  • Work closely with Senior Paid Search Managers to plan and execute activity aligned to wider commercial and brand objectives
  • Collaborate with creative, product, analytics and commercial teams to drive performance improvements
  • Produce clear reporting and performance insights for internal stakeholders
  • Support major trading moments, seasonal peaks and new product or market launches

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
