The Role: Localisation QA (LQA) Tester (Bilingual: Ukrainian)
You’ll be our eye for detail, ensuring zero-lingistic errors cross boundaries. If you’re passionate, relentless, and a perfectionist, join us.
What Will You Do?
- Playtest games thoroughly—for the sake of linguistic accuracy and cultural cohesion.
- Test in-game text for accuracy, correctness, and adherence to cultural conventions.
- Bug reporting: Write precise, global-standardised bug reports in clear English across bug databases.
- Own bug resolution: Track fixes, ensure corrections align with in-game context.
- Master LQA process: Become an LQA expert, specialising in Indie to AAA projects.
- Design & manage test cases: Document best practices and optimise workflows.
- Collaborate with the QA team and developers to conduct ambient testing.
- Deliver improvements: Identify efficiencies and proactively enhance QA methods.
- Test across project lifecycles—friendly feedback beyond text alone.

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, we’re looking for: ✔ Exceptional Ukrainian proficiency (both written and spoken). ✔ Fluent, professional English (written & spoken). ✔ Gamer passion—you love exploring, reporting, and improving the product. ✔ Tolerance for pressure with a thirst for high-quality output. ✔ A perfectionist’s eye—attention to detail is everything. ✔ Strong digital skills: Microsoft Office Suite mastery essential. ✔ Right to Work in the UK.
