UKVI Immigration Compliance Officer

Application Deadline: 19 July 2026 Department: Legal & Compliance Employment Type: Permanent Location: London Office

Job Purpose

The UKVI Compliance Team operates across the Group to ensure compliance with UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) regulations, safeguarding the Group’s Sponsorship Licence for students subject to immigration control. Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate Certificate of Attainment for Sponsorship (CAS) to support visa applications for current students (including extensions).
  • Assist in the Group’s registration process/visa checks and follow up on any missing documents.
  • Support the Attendance and Engagement team with:
    • Monitoring and tracking the attendance and engagement of UKVI-sponsored students.
    • Providing basic immigration information to prospective and current students.
  • Manage emails, telephone calls, and inquiries relating to UKVI compliance duties.
  • Contribute to the development, production, and dissemination of visa guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Organise and maintain Student route files, ensuring all required documentation is readily available for audit purposes.
  • Ensure reportable activity (e.g., student or institutional changes, work placements) is reported accurately and timely to UKVI via the Sponsorship Management System (SMS), while maintaining a database of reports and responding to UKVI information requests for sponsored Student route visa holders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
