Responsibilities

  • Provide product, marketing, and clinical support to customers, as well as to sales and marketing managers, during in-services, pre-sales activities, evaluations, follow-up visits, and troubleshooting efforts related to the MIS product line.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to enhance existing products and assist in the development of new ones, including identifying target markets and their specific needs.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing communications and product launches.
  • Participate in trade shows and actively support the sales and marketing team at event booths.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Respiratory Therapist, RVT, or CVT from an accredited veterinary education institution is required. A DVM or Veterinary Ultrasound qualification is highly desirable. Candidates with other specialized clinical training combined with 2–3 years of hands-on experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • A minimum of 5–10 years of active clinical experience in veterinary specialty areas, with direct use of equipment such as ultrasound systems or DR systems.
  • Prior experience in educating veterinary technicians or DVMs on medical equipment, ideally through structured staff development or preceptorship programs, is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills for conducting customer training.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, engineering teams, surgeons, hospital administrators, veterinary technicians, and procurement professionals.
  • Technically proficient with a strong clinical understanding of the application of medical devices in a range of clinical settings.

  • Adaptable to last-minute changes in schedule and committed to delivering effective product instruction promptly.

  • Able to assess and address the educational needs of diverse clinical units and specialties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 80% of the time (or as required to meet customer needs), including air and ground travel.
  • Comfortable standing and presenting to groups for extended periods (2–5 hours at a time, multiple times per day).
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours and attend meetings across international time zones (including Asia).
  • Ideally located within 40 miles of a major airport.
