Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Working with organisations across the UK and internationally, we use specialist tracing methods and multiple data sources to identify and contact individuals who may be entitled to valuable assets. A role you will love

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Asset Reunification team as an Unclaimed Asset Coordinator. This varied role combines investigative work, customer engagement and case management, helping ensure asset recovery cases progress smoothly and efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion.

Working closely with colleagues and claimants, you'll manage a diverse caseload, carry out tracing and verification activities, and maintain accurate records throughout each stage of the process. It's a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping people regain access to assets that belong to them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and validating information to verify asset holder details
  • Communicating with individuals regarding potential unclaimed assets and explaining the recovery journey
  • Managing inbound and outbound telephone conversations, responding to enquiries and providing guidance
  • Handling a varied caseload using multiple databases, research resources and internal systems
  • Supporting outreach initiatives designed to increase successful reunifications
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating information across internal platforms
  • Assisting with wider team activities and administrative tasks where required

Salary, location and hours

This hybrid role involves 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a 35-hour work week, Monday to Friday. Starting salary is £27,000, dependent on experience and interview performance. Candidates must live within an hour’s commute of our Bristol office (BS13 8AE).

We're seeking someone who enjoys analysing information, solving problems and delivering a positive customer experience. You'll be comfortable working with data, communicating by phone and managing multiple priorities in a structured environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical and information-gathering skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities and confidence managing competing priorities
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with customers and stakeholders over the telephone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Motivation to achieve objectives while maintaining high quality standards
