The Role:

We mix clever data, clear credit insights and the judgment of our Underwriting team to make responsible lending decisions that genuinely improve customer outcomes. Whether you're a graduate stepping into your first role or someone with underwriting/financial services experience with a willingness to help our customers, this is a brilliant opportunity to learn fast, make an impact, and work with a friendly, supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Making fair and accuratelending decisions Hitting daily KPI’s Reviewing applications and recording high‑qualitynotes Focusing on positive customer outcomes in every decision Spotting process improvements and sharing ideas with the team Working alongside QA, Training & Compliance to keep standards high Helping test new tools, policies and automation features

We are looking for:

Strong communicator and team player Organised, detail‑driven and able to stay calm in a busy environment Confident using IT systems and quick to learn new systems Curious mindset with a passion for improvement Experience in financial services Positive attitude

Desirable:

Financial services experience Supporting vulnerable customers Underwriting experience Salesforce knowledge
