💰 Pay: £16 - £19 per hour!

Are you an experienced Insurance Administrator looking for your next opportunity within a well-established and highly regarded insurance firm in the heart of the City? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrator to join a busy and collaborative team on an ongoing temporary basis, offering excellent exposure, career development opportunities and the potential for longer-term progression.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and has previous experience working within the insurance industry.

Duties

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the insurance team.
  • Processing policy documentation, endorsements and renewals.
  • Maintaining accurate client and policy records.
  • Liaising with brokers, underwriters and clients via telephone and email.
  • Producing reports, correspondence and insurance documentation.
  • Handling data entry and updating internal systems.
  • Managing inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with policy amendments and general insurance administration.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience within the insurance industry is essential.
  • Good understanding of insurance terminology, policies and documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice.
