Job Title: Operational Support – Conference & AV Setup
About the Role
Responsible for maintaining and managing video conferencing (VC), audio-visual (AV) systems, meeting rooms, and auditoriums within the UCC team. This includes proactive monitoring, setup, troubleshooting, and escalation of support requests while ensuring seamless operations for users.
Key Responsibilities
- System Monitoring & Maintenance
- Perform routine checks of video & audio conference systems (VAC), meeting rooms, and auditoriums
- Identify and address issues, escalating problems to superiors as required
- Log calls with vendors for faulty equipment and coordinate escalation
- Daily monitoring of Cisco and Condeco vendor-managed systems
- Monitor VIP video meetings/events (including annual/interim results) and manage auditorium bookings

Virtual Collaboration Setup & Support
- Establish virtual connections (VC) between the office campus and external companies
- Provide hands-on and technical support for Video Conferencing Incidents & Alerts (logged via Global Service Desk – GSD)
- Set up presentation and audio calls in VC rooms based on user requests via GSD

Cloud & Booking System Management
- Oversee Cloud Screens, reviewing them for any failures
- Manage Cloud Booking platform onboarding and changes based on requests and incidents
- Troubleshoot issues related to Cloud Booking platform

Multifunction Environment & Training Support
- Assist with Multitouch Environments, ensuring functionality and providing onboarding support

Hardware/Software & Services Oversight
- Review and manage all services under UCC team scope
- Support & manage video walls in the office

- Technical & Feature Deployment
- Oversee and enable new Microsoft Meeting Room configurations (e.g., equipment displays, Panels)
- Provide support for additional services as required
- Assist in hardware & software upgrades for VC kits, where needed
Requirements
- Experience in audio-visual (AV) support, conference room management, and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Cisco technologies, Cloud Booking, and Global Service Desk operations
- Familiarity with MS Teams Meeting Room features and ability to conduct software/hardware setups
- Proactive approach to incident logging and vendor coordination
