About The Role
As a Unit Nurse Manager (Mental Health) at a Barchester care home, your compassion and initiative will ensure our residents receive high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:

About You
To excel in this position, you will:
- Be a Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC registration
- Have experience providing care for older adults and those with dementia
- Demonstrate a strong background in care planning and risk assessment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLs), Mental Capacity Act (MCA), and pharmaceutical guidelines
- Showcase natural leadership skills, including acting as a clinical mentor to newly qualified nurses
- Be dedicated, ambitious, and resilient, with a proven ability to drive quality care improvements
