Your Impact
Reporting directly to the UK Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving Cassina's wholesale business across the United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for developing and strengthening our network of premium partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that every showroom, client interaction, and commercial initiative reflects the quality and heritage of the Cassina brand.
Working closely with the UK Sales, Retail, A&D and Contract teams, as well as with Head Office, you will contribute to delivering a connected, customer-centric and design-led commercial strategy.
What You Will Do
You will be involved in a broad range of activities, including:
- Driving wholesale sales performance across your assigned territory, delivering agreed commercial objectives and growth targets;
- Developing and executing strategic territory plans to strengthen existing partnerships and identify new business opportunities;
- Building long-term relationships with dealers, showroom owners, architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality groups and other key stakeholders;
- Managing and supporting selected wholesale partners, reviewing business performance, commercial opportunities and development plans;
- Identifying and onboarding new partners aligned with Cassina's positioning and brand standards;
- Supporting partners in improving product presentation, customer experience, conversion rates and overall commercial performance;
- Developing specification opportunities by working directly with architects, designers and project stakeholders from concept through delivery;
- Presenting Cassina's collections, product innovations and design philosophy to partners and professional clients;
- Ensuring excellent visual merchandising, product presentation and brand storytelling across partner showrooms through regular field visits;
- Delivering product and brand training sessions to partner sales teams;
- Representing Cassina at trade fairs, industry events, product launches and customer engagement initiatives;
- Collaborating closely with UK teams and Head Office to share market insights, customer feedback and commercial opportunities;
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, visit reports and project pipelines to support effective business planning.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented professional who combines business acumen with a genuine passion for luxury design and customer experience.
Someone who:
- Has proven experience developing wholesale networks and managing premium commercial partnerships;
- Builds trusted, long-lasting relationships with dealers, architects, designers and high-value clients;
- Demonstrates a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities;
- Is an engaging communicator, capable of presenting Cassina's heritage, collections and design culture with credibility and enthusiasm;
- Combines strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset and results orientation;
- Is highly organized, autonomous and comfortable managing a field-based territory;
- Thrives in collaborative, international environments and works effectively across multiple stakeholders;
- Demonstrates strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and attention to detail.
Education & Work Experience

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in wholesale sales, dealer management, specification sales or business development;
- Experience within the luxury furniture, premium interiors or design industry is highly desirable;
- Strong understanding of furniture, materials, craftsmanship and luxury customer expectations;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered;
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
Technical Skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
- Additional languages will be considered an advantage;
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools;
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management and account planning;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Work Location
Field-based across the UK, with regular presence at the Cassina London Showroom and partner locations. Frequent travel throughout the UK is required, together with occasional international travel for trade fairs, training programs and company events.
