The Opportunity CACI is excited to offer full-time, entry-level positions for recent and upcoming graduates from University of Mary Washington. Potential Work Locations depending on position: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Remote Responsibilities As a full-time team member, your responsibilities may include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions Supporting software development, systems engineering, or IT operations Performing data analysis, reporting, and process optimization Assisting with finance, marketing, operations, or project management activities Participating in team meetings, strategic planning, and presentations Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation efforts Engaging in professional development, training, and mentoring programs Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree from University of Mary Washington (or expected graduation within 12 months) Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearance Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in relevant tools/software based on role (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL, Adobe, etc.) Professional attitude, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability Desired: Internship or relevant project experience in your field Leadership experience in academic, extracurricular, or volunteer settings Willingness to take on new challenges and contribute innovative ideas Involvement in academic projects or research related to your field Join CACI and be part of a team that is making a difference in some of the most challenging areas of technology and national security. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.
