As our University Recruiter, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be a key player in building the greatest brand within Insurtech. By providing you the ownership of our recruiting, we ensure you stay challenged and become an expert in your field.
You’ll be working out of our London HQ, immersed in a never-ending growth curve. This role offers:

Your Responsibilities
Your role will involve ownership across multiple critical aspects of the recruitment process, including:
- Role profiling
- Candidate sourcing
- CV screening
- Assessment planning
- Creating interview scripts
- Conducting interviews
Additionally:
- Build our employer brand to attract top-tier obvious talents (whom we call shouting talents) and covert talents (whispering talents).
- Own the execution of ongoing development and automation of our recruiting processes.
- Improve our onboarding process in collaboration with management.
What We Expect From You
We seek a self-starter who thrive by taking ownership, remains proactive, and follows through on commitments with relentless drive. Expected qualities include:

- No preference on industry background (HR, marketing, sales, other disciplines etc.) but:
- A genuine, innate desire to get to know people and learn/develop together.
- Willingness to train in recruiting fundamentals—we will invest in your upskilling.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding results.
- Location compliance: Possession of an UK work permit.
- Passion for people:
- Curiosity and passion for working with a diverse range of individuals, spanning from students to executives.
- A natural ability to make people feel comfortable and engaged in conversations.

Location & Conditions
This onsite role operates Monday to Friday from our offices at Buckingham Gate, London.
Key expectations:
