As a University Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage full life cycle university recruitment processes including: developing position descriptions, creating and managing job postings, reviewing CVs, managing interview processes and candidate communication, structuring and extending offers of employment, and other on-boarding activities. What you’ll do in this role: Identify and implement creative, impactful and cost-effective ideas for reaching university students and making an impact on campuses across the globe Represent DRW on campus, ensuring that we are constantly marketing opportunities in a robust and effective manner Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute the appropriate interviewing, offer generating and closing strategies Provide direction & oversight and partner with Recruiting Coordinator regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, onboarding activities, etc. Track all interview and candidate activity and configure jobs and interview processes in our applicant tracking system Support in the design and execution of the internship program, ensuring a best-in-class experience that drives conversion to full-time roles You will be right at home if you: Have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a technology-driven industry Are willing to travel extensively to core schools during peak university recruiting cycles Have excellent organisation skills and a meticulous attention to detail Have a strong initiative and sense of urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast-paced environment Have a strong customer support orientation Are a tenacious problem solver who can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks Take a flexible approach and are willing to constantly adapt in an ever-changing environment Have strong written and verbal communication skills Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, as well as other web-based systems (previous ATS experience a plus) Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
