Make a Real Difference Every Day

Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and achieve their potential? Do you thrive in a role where you can build meaningful relationships and truly change lives?

We're looking for a dedicated and resilient unqualified class teacher to join our inspiring staff team where every day brings the opportunity to make a real impact. Working as part of the Upper KS2 team, you will support our eldest pupils to further develop their self-confidence and resilience, bringing learning to life and making a difference to the lives of children and their families in the community.

Your Impact

In this role, you'll take the lead in delivering engaging, targeted learning and supporting pupils' personal development. From leading lessons to supporting behaviour and wellbeing, you'll be central to creating a safe, positive and structured environment where students can thrive. You will plan and deliver tailored learning activities for individuals and small groups, lead lessons when required to ensure continuity, and work closely with teaching staff to adapt learning and interventions to meet individual needs. Alongside this, you'll monitor progress, provide feedback, contribute to personalised support plans, and use effective behaviour strategies to help pupils stay engaged and motivated. Building strong, trusting relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
