Ideal Candidate
✅ No formal qualifications required, though any experience in early years settings is advantageous. ✅ A genuine passion for working with children and a willingness to learn and adapt. ✅ Empathy and patience – recognising that every child is unique and may require an individual approach. ✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
