We’re looking for an Update Co-ordinator to join our Asset Data Delivery team.
The team is accountable for maintaining the Severn Trent’s Asset Data register for company assets. They process asset updates from approved internal and external stakeholders in accordance with established quality standards for data held in SAP. This is why it’s key that you have an ability to not just build but also maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
In the role, you will pro-actively communicate and manage relationships with a variety of internal & external stakeholders, this is to ensure high quality asset updates are received in a timely manner. You’ll be the first point of escalation for these stakeholders; you should be able to accept challenges from stakeholders and manage these constructively.

A key part of the role is to be the voice for the team in stakeholder meetings and be able to confidently challenge our stakeholders in line with our team’s standards. If the situation arises, you’ll be expected to put your PPE on, travel to investigate the site in person and gather accurate data.
You'll be based at our Head Office in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.
WHAT WE'ER LOOKING FOR
You’ll be managing the workflow, including prioritising workflows according to business needs. You should also have experience in packaging up large pieces of work and be effective at managing work allocation and completion to deadlines, whilst considering resource availability and skill set, alongside managing stakeholder expectations.
Lastly, due to the nature of the role we’re looking for someone who isn’t just self-motivated, but can also motivate those around them and work well in a team.
