Upholsterer
Upholsterer - Full-Time (Fridays Off!)
Location: HSL Chairs, Batley
Salary: £13.00 - £21.00 per hour (dependent on experience and skillset)
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)
Shifts: 6:00am–4:15pm or 7:00am–5:15pm

About the Role
We are looking for Upholsterers to join our team. No corners cut—just high-quality, handcrafted furniture for satisfied customers. Responsibilities
- Upholster furniture to the highest standard, ensuring every stitch and corner is perfect
- Uphold company quality standards at all times
- Meet daily production targets in our fast-moving environment
- Follow all Health & Safety protocols scrupulously
- Support planned overtime (with due notice)
- Maintain clean, tidy, and safe workstations
Requirements
- Experience in upholstery, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing environment (chairs are a huge plus!)
- Strong attention to detail—your craftsmanship will shine
- Willingness to adapt and learn as new products enter our range
- Passion for meticulous hands-on work and delivering flawless results
