Responsibilities Of The Upper KS2 Teacher:

- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
- Contribute to whole-school improvement through subject leadership (if desired)

The Ideal Upper KS2 Teacher Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Upper KS2
- Show strong curriculum knowledge, especially in core subjects
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and pastoral care
