Role Summary

URBN is seeking a Manager of Regulatory Compliance to join our Global Trade and Compliance

department during a transformative era for international retail. The Manager will play a critical

role in ensuring URBN teams are kept up to date on regulations, and will help build effective

processes to address compliance. As the legislative landscape shifts, the Manager will serve as the

strategic lead for EU and UK ESG regulations, including EPR, CSRD, EUDR, and Digital Product

Passport.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership & Regulatory Intelligence

Regulatory Horizon Scanning: Proactively monitor and interpret the evolving EU/UK legislative landscape (e.g., CSRD, CSDDD, EUDR, EPR ) to provide executive-level insights on business impact and "market-readiness." Strategic Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive gap analyses and design risk-based compliance frameworks that prioritize high-impact areas while maintaining business agility. Global Harmonization: Act as the primary liaison to the US Regulatory team, ensuring EU/UK requirements are integrated into a cohesive, enterprise-wide global compliance strategy.

Operational Excellence & Systems Integration

Compliance Platform: Serve as a functional lead in the deployment of Digital Product Passports (DPP) and other initiatives using the new compliance platform, ensuring data architecture supports long-term traceability and reporting. Process Transformation: Continually audit and optimize regional compliance workflows to eliminate redundancies and leverage efficiencies across the UK and EU business units. Vendor & Supply Chain Mobilization: Design and implement communication and onboarding strategies to ensure the global supply base is educated, compliant, and aligned with new transparency mandates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
