Key Details
- Position: Generalist – English & Urdu
- Type: Contract
- Compensation: $15–$20/hour
- Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Conduct fact-checking using trusted public sources and external tools.
- Generate high-quality human evaluation data, identifying:
- Strengths of responses
- Areas requiring improvement
- Factual inaccuracies
- Assess reasoning quality, clarity, tone, and completeness of responses.
- Ensure model outputs align with expected conversational behavior and system guidelines.
- Work independently to meet deadlines asynchronously, contributing to AI model performance.

Requirements
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Native proficiency in Urdu.
- Significant experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Outstanding writing skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Background or experience in structured analytical domains.
Preferred
- Prior experience in RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), model evaluation, or data annotation.
- Experience in writing or editing high-quality written content.
- Ability to compare multiple outputs andmake fine-grained qualitative judgments.
