Help Wanted: Part-Time Dog Sitter for Nala (Cockapoo)
Across the steet looking for a flexibleracht to spend time with my Nala, a lovely Cockapoo (a cross between a Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle).
Nala’s home with my parents permanently, but I care for her while I’m working at home, normal#### cross when I’m away usually will be Tuesdays and/or Thursdays.
About the Role
I’d like to find someone to drop in, let Nala out and walk her during the day while I’m at work. Now I end up driving her back to my parents' home in the evenings, taking 1h 30min round trip. By outsourcing Nala’s daytime care to a willing sitter, I hope to keep her here consistently for a few days at a time rather than driving her home each night.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This job is quite sporadic but fairly consistent when available — I’d usually need someone capable of committing to last-minute arrangements for the next day.
Specific Requirements
- Walk Nala twice a day, approximately 30 minutes each occassion
- Possibly feed/supervise her meals (if available)
- Spend a few hours of your day with her, playing or simply being present. She’s very friendly and makes great progress with obedience training so any positive reinforcement would be hugely appreciated.
