Its holidays are aimed at over-55s who want to continue travelling and exploring the globe with confidence. Riviera Travel is the UK’s leading River Cruise specialist, operating since 1984, and is a Which? recommended provider.

Riviera is expanding significantly in North America, the largest river cruise market globally. This growth requires Riviera to upgrade its digital estate to meet North American market needs and support its in-country team to achieve sales and lead generation targets.

As the US Ecommerce Lead, you will:

  • Grow online commercial performance by optimising the customer booking journey.
  • Drive digital revenue and improve conversion rates.
  • Balance customer experience, brand requirements, and operational needs.

The team falls under the global Marketing department based in Burton on Trent. The role reports to the Global Head of Digital & Ecommerce and collaborates with global digital leads to develop strategies in line with best practice.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
