US Corporate Tax Manager - Funds
I'm currently working with a leading global professional services firm to recruit a US Corporate Tax Manager into its specialist Funds team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading US tax practice with a strong reputation in the alternative asset space, advising some of the most prominent private equity, credit and asset management clients.

The Role
- Manage a portfolio of US corporate and partnership fund clients
- Oversee compliance across:
- US corporate tax filings
- Partnership returns and investor reporting
- Provide advisory support on:
- Fund structuring and cross-border investments
- US tax implications of global investment strategies
- Investor-level considerations
- Work closely with international teams to deliver integrated cross-border solutions
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
- Support and develop junior team members

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in US Corporate Tax, ideally within funds or asset management
- Exposure to partnership taxation, private equity or investment structures
- Qualifications such as CPA, EA, or equivalent
- Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements
- A commercial mindset with an interest in advisory and structuring work
