Head of US Data Centres

EWI has completed over 6,000 assignments and delivered specialist talent across infrastructure, renewables, and technology projects in more than 130 countries.

As our Data Centre business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to lead the development of our US Data Centre Construction practice. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth market, leveraging EWI's established client relationships, global platform, and strong reputation within the sector.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter with Data Centre experience. You will be working alongside our established US team, focusing on growing our presence across the North American Data Centre Construction market, building on existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities.

You'll have the autonomy to shape the direction of the division, the support of a global business behind you, and the opportunity to build a team. For the successful candidate, there is also the opportunity to relocate to Florida as part of our long-term growth plan.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
