About the Role

Our client is an award-winning EdTech business that's transforming education through immersive virtual reality technology. For more than 20 years they've been developing innovative learning solutions, with their flagship platform now used by schools across the globe. Designing and manufacturing their own VR headsets, developing the software platform and creating the educational content themselves, they've built a truly unique proposition and continue to experience strong international growth.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of marketing activity across the US market, helping to drive lead generation, pipeline growth and brand awareness within one of the company's most important territories.

Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Channel Partners, you'll plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, webinars, content, PR and events. You'll also support major education exhibitions, develop engaging thought leadership content and use campaign performance data to continually optimise activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
