- Year 2+: Relocate to United States with full relocation support.
About the Programme
Ready to expand your global recruitment career? NES Fircroft is offering an UK to US Relocation Programme for candidates eager to develop in high-growth US markets.
The 12-month UK base period provides:
- Hands-on exposure to the US market landscape
- Collaboration with US leadership teams
- Development of client and candidate relationships in your future location
- Tailored training, mentorship, and relocation support
After the initial year, relocate permanently to a US office with globally considered mobility benefits and a structured transition plan.

Requirements
✔ Experienced recruiters with 3–5+ years in 360 recruitment, business development, or account management ✔ Right to work in the UK ✔ Ambitious candidates eager to relocate to the US within 12–18 months ✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for client-facing roles ✔ Enthusiasm for growing a desk in dynamic engineering recruitment markets
