We're looking for a creator who lives and breathes US sports and social media. You'll run your own betting brand across platforms, support an influential voice in the US sports betting space, and constantly innovate to become best-in-class on engagement and value.
What You Will Do
- Own the brand: Plan, create, and publish high-impact content tailored to each platform.
- Optimize platforms: Leverage features (TikTok, X/Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, etc.) to work with algorithms, maximize reach, and present content the right way.
- Build community: Engage daily with followers; foster a loyal, high-trust fanbase.
- Promote offers: Select relevant sportsbook offers and promote them with creative, compliant tactics that maximize conversions.
- Plan strategically: Read the "mood" of the account each day and adjust posting and betting plans accordingly.
- Collaborate & iterate: Join weekly brainstorms with brand captains and leadership to share insights and test new ideas.
- Maintain quality: Keep copy tight, assets error-free, and everything on-brand.

Ideal Profile
- Passion for sports and sports betting; strong knowledge of at least one major US league: NFL, NBA, MLB, or NHL.
- 1-5 years in marketing, copywriting, or social media (internships count).
- Daily user of social platforms with a practical understanding of how they operate and grow.
- Excellent copywriting and headline skills; you know how to hook and convert.
- Strong interpersonal skills; proactive, competitive, and committed to being best in class.
- Flexible hours aligned with US sports peak times.

This is an office role based in Central London.
Nice to have: Basic editing (CapCut/Premiere) or design (Canva/Figma); experience in sports communities or creator accounts.
