Senior Manager - US & UK Tax (Dual Handler)
An opportunity has arisen within a top-tier global professional services firm for an experienced US/UK tax dual handler to join its growing international tax practice at Senior Manager level.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded tax professional looking to step into a high-visibility leadership position, working with a sophisticated client base while developing towards Director/Partner in a clearly defined progression framework.
The Role
You will play a key role advising a portfolio of complex, internationally mobile clients, delivering integrated US and UK tax solutions and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading and reviewing US and UK individual tax compliance for dual-filing clients
- Providing technical advisory support on cross-border issues including residency, remittance basis, employer obligations, equity compensation, and planning
- Acting as the primary relationship lead for key clients, including UHNWIs, senior executives, and internationally mobile employees
- Coaching and developing junior team members, shaping the future leadership of the practice
- Collaborating with wider global tax teams on multi-jurisdictional matters
- Contributing to business development, thought leadership, and strategic growth initiatives

About You
- Extensive experience delivering both US and UK individual tax services
- Strong technical grounding with the ability to translate complex rules into clear, pragmatic advice
- Proven experience operating at Senior Manager or equivalent level, or a high-performing Manager ready for the step up
- US CPA, EA, and/or ATT/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Confident communicator with a client-centric and commercially astute mindset
- Passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams
