UCR Preparation and BYD Technician
Location: Stockport
LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated UCR Preparation and BYD Technician to join our innovative team.

Role Overview
Prepare and service used cars, ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining quality and safety.
Working Conditions
- Salary: £31,500 OTE, with potential to reach £45,000
- Hours: 40 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and servicing of used cars to exceed customer expectations
- Conduct thorough condition checks
- Apply adherence to manufacturer standards
- Maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults accurately
- Perform necessary technical repairs
- Parts management
- Replace parts and luubricants as required
- Maintain detailed work records
- Health & safety compliance
- Follow protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Customer communication
- Advise customers on vehicle condition and service needs

Requirements
Experience & Qualification
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in vehicle preparation or automotive maintenance
- Full UK driving licence (essential)

- Interest in learning electric vehicle technology, with experience in BYD vehicles desirable
