Are you an ambitious Used Car Sales Executive looking to maximise your earnings with a busy and successful dealership? We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Harold Wood, offering excellent earning potential, a strong flow of enquiries, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
As a Used Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover. You'll build strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while promoting finance and value-added products.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell used vehicles while delivering first-class customer service.
- Manage showroom, telephone, and online enquiries.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Promote finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across the used vehicle range.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and compliantly.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Represent the dealership in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within the automotive industry.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and customer-focused.
- Professional appearance and approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
