Used Car Sales Manager Requirements
You will:
- Have a successful track record within a franchised dealer group in a similar role
- Demonstrate strong team management and motivational leadership skills
- Maintain strong manufacturer relationships
- Stable CV with a logical career progression
- Previous experience with P&L management and cost control
- Be able to set high standards and expect adherence within your team
