- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Driving sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.
- Implementing effective sales strategies and processes.
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Maximising all profit opportunities for the business.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record in managing a large Used Car Department.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude.
- A full UK driving licence.
