[Job Title] Automotive Sales & Import Agent (Commission-Based)
[Location] World Wide (Remote / Field Sales depends on the country)
[Job Type] Contract / Freelance
[Who we are]
Exsea is an Osaka-based exporter of quality Japanese vehicles. What makes us different is our sourcing: alongside full Japanese auction access, we source through our own family dealership network — clean, low-mileage stock that never reaches the public auction feed. Every vehicle ships under our MQJ (Made in Quality Japan) standard with third-party inspection data (JEVIC/JAAI). Your Japan-side contact is a native-level English speaker who replies same-day — no time-zone silence, no runaround.
Why now — the market is moving.
[About the Role]
We are an established automotive exporter based in Japan, specializing in sourcing high-quality vehicles through Japanese used car auctions. We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Automotive Sales & Import Agent in the UK to partner with us.
This is a 100% remote, commission-based role with a profit share model. If you have a deep understanding of the UK car import market and a proven track record in automotive sales, this is a lucrative opportunity to leverage our direct access to Japanese vehicle supply.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
