About Us

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our Bangor team.

This role offers an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £41,500, with uncapped commission opportunities, giving you the potential to maximize your earnings based on your performance.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell a wide range of used vehicles tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying journey, delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Follow up and convert leads from CRM systems and other sources into successful sales.
  • Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products (full training provided).
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (minimum 1–2 years) in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while converting leads into sales.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.

Required Criteria

  • At least 1 year's previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English
  • Full valid driving license required
  • A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office

Desired Criteria

  • Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous
