Try a secondment as a remarketing Specialist working with used equipment and parts. This is your chance to try out a new role and build on your expertise with a secondment as a Remarketing Specialist – focused on used equipment and parts sales. This role is perfect if you are looking for a step into sales as we cover both parts and machine sales. Think of it as a “try before you buy” career move – a chance to broaden your skill set, get stuck into some exciting challenges, and see if this kind of role is one you’d like to explore longer-term. What you'll be doing: To manage valuation process of trade in machines and present valuations with appropriate back-up data. To manage and develop end user / trade sales from enquiries for domestic & Export markets. Analyse potential commercial risks in Guaranteed Buy Back / operating lease activity and report it in correct manner. Work with all Area Sales Managers, trade and retail customers and collate part exchange machine information. To review all available information and value machines using market knowledge, historical sales data, trade contacts, valuation databases and auctions, and prepare accurate values with backup data in agreed time scales to assist with new business. Support and liaise with Demo Inspector/ Plant Inspector/ Area Sales Manager’s to ensure inspection process is adhered to collating and storing information. Monitor & check machines arrive in the condition and specification as agreed. Manage Used Equipment stock list and circulate to internal and external customers. Monitor and report on current offers/valuations and market changes and highlight any risk. Manage and negotiate deals with export and domestic customers structure deals in line with agreed profit retention and financial parameters. What you'll bring: Team player.
