Used Car Sales Executive – Nissan Dealership (Cribbs)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Used Car Sales Executive for our Nissan dealership in Cribbs.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Sell vehicles, Finance products, Insurance, and Paint Protection
  • Guide customers through their entire buying journey—from first interaction to handover
  • Use your developed skills to engage, build trust, and close deals in line with industry standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and manage sales targets to drive business success

Person Specification

We are searching for someone who:

  • Has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Is positively motivated—results drive this role, and prior sales experience is not essential
  • Is organised, detailed-oriented, and committed to upskilling in product knowledge
  • Has a strong work ethic and supports colleagues to exceed targets
  • Inspires their team while taking ownership of their work

Key Information

  • Working Pattern: 40-hour week (Mon–Sat), with a 1-hour lunch break and a week-day break in lieu. One late shift per week required.
  • Sunday Work: Mandatory during March and September only.
  • Recruitment Checks: A driving licence must be confirmed during the process.
  • Liv.domestic right to work: Required and will be verified.
