Join a company at the forefront of social impact, driving first-of-its-kind positive change. You’ll be part of a high-performance culture where you'll make a huge impact, rapidly progress your career, and truly enjoy your work.

About the Role
Enablement sits at the heart of Beam. You’ll sit within the AI Adoption & Enablement Team, working directly with the people who use Beam Notes every day and the teams who support them.
You’ll own the full implementation journey for a portfolio of accounts. You’ll be the person users rely on to make implementation feel fast, clear, and supported—and you’ll use data to spot where things might be slipping before they do.
What you learn in your accounts will shape how the whole team works.
Why it matters: Beam Notes is used by frontline workers who are delivering impactful support. Getting adoption right and doing it fast, is what turns a deployment into a success story.
Your Responsibilities

- Running structured onboarding and implementation programs, hitting milestones, and keeping timelines on track
- Acting as the primary point of contact for users and project managers throughout the implementation journey
- Managing project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent implementations
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
