User Experience Designer

Senior UX Designer | EdTech SaaS | £65,000 | London (Hybrid)

We're working with a globally recognised EdTech business, one that has been shaping education for over a century and today serves millions of educators across 100+ countries, on a genuinely exciting Senior UX hire.

This isn't a pixel-pushing role. The business is in the middle of a significant transformation and needs a Senior UX Designer who thinks in systems, challenges the status quo, and brings visionary thinking to a team that's ready to be led.

The Opportunity

You'll join a global UX team of 15 seasoned designers and researchers, working hands-on across the full design lifecycle from strategic discovery through to delivery. But what makes this role stand out is the level of influence on offer. The Head of Design wants someone who will push back, bring new ideas to the table, and help shape how the entire organisation thinks about product design. If you're waiting to be told what to do, this isn't the role for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
