UX Designer | Global Events & Communities
π London 3 days a week | πΌ 5 Month Contract, Inside IR35 | π° Β£250 β Β£300/day | B2B SaaS
We're partnering with a leading name in global B2B events, looking for a UX Designer to own the end-to-end delegate, exhibitor, and internal experience across a multi-platform digital ecosystem β registration, event apps, websites, onsite tech, and internal tools.
The Role
A high-impact, fast-turnaround contract where you'll design a unified journey from first touchpoint to post-event engagement, with an immediate focus on simplifying registration and improving conversion.

- Own and design end-to-end delegate/visitor UX across multiple platforms
- Simplify registration flows to drive conversion
- Map customer journeys and service blueprints
- Build high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts fast
- Run user research and usability testing
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Ops
- Contribute to the design system as you go
What We're Looking For
- Proven UX Designer with experience across complex, multi-platform ecosystems
- Strong portfolio: research through to high-fidelity prototyping
- Comfortable owning registration/conversion-critical flow
- Nice to have: events, marketplaces, SaaS, or CRM/registration platform experience
