UX/UI Designer (Software Development Team)
Base Salary Range: £45k - £51k (BOE)
Bonus & Benefits: £4,000 + Excellent Company Benefits Package
Employment Type: Permanent
Hybrid Model: Mostly Remote (1 day per month in Central London)
Please Note: Candidates MUST provide an online portfolio as part of the application which will be assessed by the hiring manager. The portfolio should be sleek and easy to navigate, demonstrating your visual design talent. It should contain strong & detailed examples of case studies, with clear structure and outlining problems faced, your approach and evidence of thought process, iterations and of course, results!
About the Client & The Opportunity:
Our client, one of the UK’s most cutting edge IT Solutions organisations, is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join their Software Product Development department. You will design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences across a range of platforms. You will translate user and business needs into effective design solutions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all products.

Candidate Requirements:
- Solid experience within a Software / Product Development / SaaS Team.
- Experience working closely with Developers & Product Managers to refine requirements and shape user stories.
- Demonstrable experience in User Experience AND User Interface design.
- Strong user-centred design principles.
- Proficiency with modern design tools, in particular Figma.
- Designing and delivering user-centred interfaces, including wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, and interactive prototypes, primarily using Figma.
- Demonstrable experience in UX/UI design and user-centred design principles.
- Experience working with established design systems or UI frameworks such as Material Design, MUI, or Carbon.
