Digital Experience Designer
Contract – Inside IR35
Location: Near Swindon – Onsite role
Digital Experience Designer, seeking driven individuals to join their dynamic team as a Digital Experience Designer. As a Digital Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and digital experiences of this forward-thinking organisation. Your exceptional design skills and creative flair will be instrumental in bringing the company's vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute captivating digital designs
- Craft visually stunning and user-friendly designs for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and social media
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously enhance the company's digital presence
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive the company's digital strategy
- Ensure all Digital Designer deliverables adhere to the company's brand guidelines and style standards

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record as a Digital Experience Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
- Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) and UI design principles and best practices
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and intuitive designs
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
