We're partnering with a growing tech-led business in London to find a Senior UX Engineer to join their product team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives at the intersection of design and front-end development, turning great UX thinking into polished, accessible, production-ready interfaces.

We're looking for someone hands-on with code who can prototype, build, and refine user-facing interfaces, working closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to bridge the gap between design intent and technical implementation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Translating design concepts and prototypes into high-quality, accessible front-end code
  • Building and maintaining reusable component libraries and design systems
  • Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers to ensure design fidelity and usability best practices are carried through to build
  • Prototyping interactions and validating ideas quickly before full development
  • Championing accessibility, performance, and responsive design across the product
  • Working with engineering teams to ensure UX quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
