Role Overview
Oktra are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic UX Designer to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the way in innovation, new ways of working, transforming our ways of communicating and connecting us in with our wider teams including clients and consultants and also as a company. As a UX Designer you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and gain valuable experience working on a variety of projects and across a range of teams and Business Units here at Oktra.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive UI/UX design efforts to create engaging pitch materials for digital and print formats, including presentations, proposals, reports, brochures, infographics, and other marketing collateral from pitch through to site communication and beyond.
- Collaborate with full business unit /sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the pitch materials and associated communications by incorporating feedback from stakeholders and conducting usability testing.
- Conduct user research and create user personas to inform the design process and ensure the pitch materials meet the needs of the target audience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock ups to test and refine the user experience and ensure it is intuitive and engaging.
- Utilise the latest digital web and online software to create more interactive pitch materials that stand out from the competition.
- Work closely with interior design teams to create branding and external/internal signage and manifestations that reflect the company's identity and values.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that the final product meets all design specifications and is technically feasible.
- Collaborate with the wider creative team to ensure the pitch materials are visually appealing and persuasive.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques and share this knowledge with other members of the graphic design and wider business teams.
